Shipping Policy

Tail & Twine is a DBA of The Bald Fox LLC. We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and PO boxes.

Processing time. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific on a Friday begin processing the next Monday.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive 5–12 business days after purchase. Some items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

Shipping cost. Free on US orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.

Delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@tailandtwine.com and we'll track it down, reship it or refund you.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address. We can update it within 12 hours of your order. After that we can't redirect packages, and returned or undeliverable packages may need a reshipping fee.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and help however we can.
