How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our partner warehouses in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 5–12 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii orders can take a few extra days.
What if it doesn't fit my pet, or they don't like it?
Our 30-day happy-pet promise covers you. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange or a refund. See our return policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Email a photo to hello@tailandtwine.com within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page lists its measurements in inches. Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down, then add 4–6 inches for room to stretch.
Can I wash it?
Many of our beds, blankets and mats are washable. Check the product page for details, or email us and we'll help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, it may already be packed.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card number.
